Labai švaru. Puiki vieta, miesto centre. Visai šalia kepyklėlė rytinei kavai ir šviežiems pusryčiams. Parkavimosi vieta.

Vienintelis minusas, tragiškos būklės laiptinė. Bet ne problema- praeini, ir jau gražiuose namučiuose.
