1. The awful check in process. We emailed the host our arrival time via booking.com 2 days before check in upon request, there was no any response from the host. When we arrived, no one waited for us. We had to ask pedestrian to call the host because we don't speak Spanish. Finally we got the code of key box around 45 minutes late after our arrival, but we were given a wrong password of WiFi via text message(see photo 1). When we called him again, his cellphone was turned off. We had to send a message to him and wait for the correct password. 2. Non sense communication: the host sent us a message via booking.com about check in and out 1 hour before check out time, and we left already. It's ridiculous !!! see photo 2 3. stairs: We had to climb 111 stairs each time to get in the apartment, the hallway was dark

Bed and sofa, if improved, would definitely take this place to the next level.

it was well designed with little extras like olive oil and vinegar

it has 139 steps to the apartment!!! this should be noted on the site PRIOR to booking, however the owner gave us notice right away and offered to cancel if needed.

the owner was very responsive and accommodating! the place is very clean and comfortable! also very close to the train station :) There are super markets , shopping and cafes in the area

For three people, the apartment is a bit small but you can make it work. Also the lamps hand pretty low, so for tall people be careful as you might hit your head a few times :)
