"ok if you dont mind the stairs"

The property was cosy and well heated and the host was kind and helpful.

There is no elevator and we had to go up 3 floors with a kid and luggage. The neighborhood is of no interest and there is no parking available at premises or right outside, you have to go around the block to find. Overall a good choice but a bit overpriced.
