Lovely Apartment!

As the name claims, this really is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location right next to the spectacular Torres dels Serrans gate. We mixed working-from-home with a vacation on this trip. For home-office the large lounge was perfect and most importantly the wifi connection was excellent. The lounge and main bedroom had great views over the old town and gate. There is a lovely terrace on the upper bedroom level with an amazing view of the park and the gate. The location is right next to the amazing Valencia park which is perfect for walking, cycling and connecting around the town. We loved being able to take a 5km walk in the park every morning before breakfast... The apartment is really large and has a well furnished kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. We had great communication from the owners. This is the third time we have stayed in Valencia in the past 12 months and this was by far the best location and nicest apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the lift for our luggage and shopping -- rather than carrying them up the three flights of stairs.

Very little. Just a few maintenance issues, the kitchen door hinge is broken, and some kitchen cupboard doors are missing and we were unable to use the terrace umbrella as it is broken. But these did not stop us having a really great stay.

Excellent location to discover Valencia. Very close to the Jardin del Turia and all points of interest.

Fantastic position, so easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is light and airy with great views. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was such a bonus to have the washing machine. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment- the hosts were extremely helpful and responded to queries very quickly.

I loved all of the decor and how comfortable it was. The location was in such a great spot and offered a lot of natural light. We never wanted to leave!! The hosts were great at communicating and responding quickly.

The hot water for the shower didnt work for the first day but the hosts fixed the problem quickly.

Very spacious, and in a fantastic location, the host was lovely, very comfy bed, good shower. The location was amazing we even watched local dancing from our balcony. Easy to get to from the airport, with the hosts great instructions.

Great apartment with great views and the host responds to any queries very quickly. We stayed on the second floor and the apartment had everything you need for a trip to Valencia. Kitchen has a washing machine and microwave as well as all your cooking utensils and glasses and cups for a drink.

Only slight criticism is the smell of drains in the bathroom, although this might be down to the building or area as a whole. Nothing major, though.

Location excellent and handy for walking to all the sights in the old town and beyond. Shops and bars/restaurants all within walking distance. The lift was handy for luggage and the stairs kept us fit. The rooftop terrace was a bonus given the lovely weather.

There was a drains smell in the upstairs bathroom at times - this may be standard for the area infrastructure (lots of apartment buildings).
