Lovely Apartment!

Every sound is amplified due to the thin walls/windows.

Le lit fait 140cm et il est inconfortable, avec un trou au milieu. Les fenêtres n'ont pas de double vitrage. Le lieu est très sympa mais très bruyant.

Location is very convenient and lovely surroundings, felt safe. Responsive host as there was an error with our check-in information and we needed to contact Orinda to get door code, heating was also not working and Orinda was very helpful in us getting it sorted.

May be more suitable to a summer stay, tile floors throughout, takes a while to heat the apartment in cold weather (November). Feels that the apartment (No.1) could benefit from some maintainence (e.g. shower door, shelving in bathroom, missing bulb) and added furnishings e.g. extra blankets/duvet, floor rugs for extra comfort. The mattress seems to be in need of replacement also (large dip in middle). Noisy as expected so ear plugs are needed.

Mancava acqua di benvenuto, palazzo e luci di ingresso un po' tetre, letto rotto , un po' di carta per le mani e qualche cosa di prima necessità tipo qualche cialda di caffè e acqua dato che l.appatyqmento si trova ad un 4 piano a piedi cambierebbero tutto, ma il resto e stato perfetto . La posizione ottima , l.appartwmento bellissimo , e i proprietari comunque disponibili a risolvere , ci hanno offerto un taxi al ritorno in aereoporto . Tutto quasi perfetto , basta solo applicare questi pochi accorgimenti . La casa e meravigliosa nel centro storico , con una terrazza piena di sole che da su una torre bellissima . Lo consiglio vivamente .

Die Lage des Apartments ist genial! Altstadt, Turia sind zu Fuß, der Strand mit dem Bus Nr. 95 erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.

Der Fahrstuhl sollte nur für das Gepäck benutzt werden, weil die Wartungsfirma noch nicht da war (?). Das war schlecht für meinen Mann, der gerade akutere Knieprobleme hatte und die steile Treppe schlecht herunterkam. Es gab mehrere Stromausfälle bis 30 min Dauer und an einem Morgen kein warmes Wasser, was die Vermieter bis mittags in Ordnung brachten. Oben im Bad muß man Geduld haben, bis warmes Wasser kommt und es müffelt aus dem Abfluss. Anfragen wurden verzögert bzw. nicht beantwortet. Wir erhielten vor Anreise einige Anweisungen von den Vermietern, die versprochenen Empfehlungen für Valencia aber nicht bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubes. Mein Mann hat sich dann persönlich beschwert. Daraufhin gab es eine Flasche Weißwein und eine Karte zur Entschuldigung.
