*Very well located in the center of Valencia. Close to restaurants , supermarkets,etc * the offered parking is definitively a plus in that location. Valencia can be very difficult for parking on the streets * confortable bed and pillows * the landlady is very nice, helpful and give the instructions to enter the apartment on time. She was always available for everything we needed *heaters were available in the winter time *the house is well equipped for a long stay *is pet friendly!!

*is a second floor without elevator..complicated when you have a lot of suitcases or reduced mobility *the boiler was damaged but it was fixed super quickly *the “paper walls” . You can hear everything your neighbours are doing ..when they see TV or even when they speak. It seems the old apartments in Valencia are not good with the isolated walls.

The apartment was very nice, well equipped and sparkling clean! It was located really close to the city center and next to the Turia Park, on a quiet street. The host was really nice and helpful. We definitely recommend it!

Location, cleanliness, communication with owner.

The location is great, with lots of restaurants and bars. The beds were very comfortable and it was extremely clean. A great value for the price.

Being an old building and in the centre, it was noisy during the day. You can hear the neighbours and all street noise. But at night was mostly quiet.

everythink excellent

This property is very well fitted out and is very clean,comfortable and spacious with a parking space in the garage below the flat, Everything that we needed for our stay was to be found in the flat which had an incredibly efficient heating system which is useful as in January? February as it can be cold at night. (This system doubles as an air conditioning system for the warmer times). Even though this did not affect our group, you must be able to tackle the stairs as the flat is on the third floor. A good well stocked supermarket is only a four minute walk away, this made our stocking up quick, easy and relatively inexpensive.

The position and the apartment close to main square

There was something wrong with the boiler and we had hot water for 2 mins in the shower then it shut down. We asked the owner to come and see us to sort it out. He didn't bother. He also charged 40 euros for cleaning. There were only 2 of us and all we used was one bedroom. We did not use any facilities such as cooker, lounge, tv and we were out all day. H. We left early as there was no hot water. The owner said it was Booking. com who failed to advise a 40 euro cleaning charge was to be added
