GBGBSuper clean and it had a lot of useful things (moka pot, laundry, dishwasher). It’s spacious and great if you’re travelling with friends because it has 2 bathrooms (the shower pressure is great by the way!). Beds are comfortable and the living room is very welcoming. Great location, in the centre but a couple of hundreds meters away from the main streets, so you can sleep at night, while being only a 5 minutes walk to the restaurants! We had a lovely stay and would recommend!
Unclear where to throw the rubbish, we had to ask people outside. The description said it’s pet friendly but this has changed and my friends couldn’t bring their dogs.

Smell in hallway of apartment block
ROThe apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4. The location is close to the center and still fairly calm and quiet during nighttime. We had no problems with the extreme temperature outside - the inside was not very sunny and the A/C did the rest. Thank you!

There was a strong humid/sewer smell on the first floor just getting inside the building. Sofa also had a strong smell.

NZRSLocation is one of the best in the city, in the middle of the all you need to see in Valencia. No need for the transportation after arrival from the airport (if you like to walk a lot like us). It is clean, well equipped, spacious even for bigger group of the people and larger family, can be heated enough even in the colder winter nights, etc.
Outdated bathrooms, but we knew that to be honest and we choose this flat because of the very nice location as our main priority this time and at it was also at the fair price. So, it is not some serious complain actually.
