We had a wonderful time exploring Valencia and we made an excellent choice booking this apartment. It was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need. It felt like home. Its location in the old town was just perfect. The owner was extremely helpful and had left us a lovely cake and some other provisions. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia. Thank you.

Super Lage nahe dem Mercat Central. Fahrstuhl ins 5. Obergeschoss. Jedes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage Sehr sauber, modern, große Wohnung. 3 ECHTE Schlafzimmer, 1x 2 Betten nebeneinander je 90 cm x ca 190cm; 2 x Doppelbett ca 140-50 cm sehr gute Matratzen gute Waschmaschine, kleiner Balkon vor der Küche (Wäsche), großer Galerie-Balkon vor dem Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das schöne Haus gegenüber. Rollläden in allen Zimmern Separates Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für 6 Personen, 2 x Sofa. Nur ein überschaubar großes Bad, mit Dusche, einziges WC ist auch in diesem Bad. Küche ausgestattet, für uns zu zweit hat es gut gereicht. Natürlich wird in Valencia-Zentrum an fast jeder zweiten Ecke gebaut und renoviert. Geräusche aber zu vertretbaren Zeiten und bei geschlossenen Fenstern (Hitze , Klimaanlage im Juli) nicht störend und nur tagsüber zeitweise. Freundliche Vermieter. Guter Kontakt. Bei Miete mit mehreren Personen sollte man fragen, ob man mehrere Schlüssel zum Hauseingang unten haben kann. Der Wohnungsschlüssel selbst wird dann in der Schlüsselbox auf der Außenseite der Wohnungstür mit Code-Nummer eingeschlossen.

"Geweldig appartement op een geweldige locatie middenin het centrum van Valencia, met een geweldige host."

De locatie is heel centraal gelegen, vlak naast de Mercat Central, toch heb je in het appartement geen last van verkeersgeluid. In het appartement kom je niets te kort, alles wat je nodig mocht hebben is aanwezig. Frank, de host, is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Er lagen muffins voor ons klaar en de koelkast was goed gevuld met water en andere drankjes. Kortom: een zeer grote aanrader.

Er was niets dat ons niet beviel.
