"Aspettative un pó deluse"

L’appartamento è grande, strutturato bene e con degli spazi molto vivibili.

La pulizia, un pó approssimativa, e la mancata manutenzione della caldaia che ha reso il soggiorno difficoltoso in quanto non erogava acqua calda. Il 1 appuntamento disponibile del tecnico era il giorno della nostra partenza. L’Appartamento (o il palazzo) ha un problema con la colonna degli scarichi che a seguito pioggia (capitata durante il nostro soggiorno) emana cattivo odore negli ambienti

Appartamento moderno e molto spazioso. Condominio tranquillo. La consegna chiavi è stata effettuata direttamente dal proprietario (molto gentile). Abbiamo usato spesso il servizio taxi ma l'appartamento è ben servito anche da mezzi pubblici (autobus). Supermercato a pochi metri.

"Bellissimo appartamento. Ben organizzato ed ampio."

Arredamento moderno.

Il cattivo odore del bagno della camera da letto. Per fortuna il bagno aveva la finestra, così tappando i sanitari e la vasca e lasciando aperta la finestra, l'odore non era tanto fastidioso.
