Safe location. Clean apartment. Facilities were good

I had an overall pleasant stay. The room itself was great. Clean, spacious, and comfortable, with good bedding that made for a restful night. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the security team, which made the experience welcoming. There were, however, a few inconveniences. Each time you wanted to exit the parking area, you had to walk to reception to have your ticket validated, which meant quite a bit of back-and-forth between the car and the desk. There also seemed to be an issue with the sewage pipes, as there was a persistent faint sewage odour that came through in the room, and the parking garage had the same smell. The mobile signal in the room was very poor. While the Wi-Fi worked well (I could use the internet and make WhatsApp calls), regular cellular calls would not connect unless I stepped out onto the balcony.

Did not have breakfast. Really enjoyed the view from my apartment.

I accidently spilled my coffee and cleaned up the floor when I noticed that the skirtings were dusty. Please have the skirtings dusted.

I loved everything about the property, from the reception, housekeepers and the apartment itself🥰. It is also closer to lot of things. Walk to Canal mall, restaurants nearby

The checking in part. I waited for an hour 30 minutes before checking in due to the room still being cleaned. I wish you could fix that.
