The location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was great and clean.

The bed is super uncomfortable. The mattress is way too hard and does not fit in with the rest of the room that is comfortable and inviting. After a long day, you want to have a restful sleep, but it's impossible on a bed that is that hard, and it feels like you are sleeping on the floor. At least offer a mattress topper as an option to guests.
