"Great apartment"

Great apartment, loved that it was on 2 floors, kitchen living room upstairs with balcony and bedroom toilet and terrace downstairs with straight access to the pool . Manager was lovely if there was any issue she'd fix it straight away esp the noisy neighbours that arrived on our 2nd night, like she said she cant fix or sort things if you dont tell her! . 4 minute walk to the start of the old town with bars n restaurants

A lot of stairs which we didn't know about, my mum struggled with them esp at night the lighting wasn't great. Walk down to old town is fine but walking back is a killer esp the hill before getting to apartment we all struggled!

The location was excellent. Very close to escalators to centre of Albuferia. Anabela was very kind. Pool was lovely. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

Really unlike me to give a negative comment as overall it was a lovely stay but as we were on a family break with three young children, we didn't realise there were groups of younger people (early 20s)staying across from us and beside us so they were very loud at 3/4/5am in the morning. Totally normal for their age of course and they were lovely girls but just didn't suit us as we were woken every night numerous times.. it may have helped to put us on a different floor perhaps.

"Excellent property"

The apartments were beautiful and very private. All the furnishings were very traditional and perfect for the room. Air con was a huge plus and Anabela was amazing. She couldn't do enough for us.

It was in a great location, within walking distance to the old town, Lidl and Aldi and the beach. It was so clean and the pool was amazing. The rooms were extremely comfortable. We loved it!!!

"Ideal base in central location"

Host (Anabela )was very welcoming and the apartment was ready for us when we arrived early.

Would have liked a safety deposit box. Terrace could have been better presented.
