The location was close to amenities and the apartment was as seen on booking very modern parking was very easy which was a bonus

The lift doesn’t work and the apartment is on floor three it was difficult to make your way up when carrying shopping and the outer building could do with a bit of paint.

No money back when I arrived 5days later due to a cremation

It's a busy road and there was a noticeable odour from the bathroom

All essential needs like Internet, room heating, safety was good.

host has kinda their own rules which aren’t highlighted when a general person do a booking process. they ask to pay €200 or more in case of any damage or loss while your stay. so they can cover the expenditures. which is completely unacceptable! First of all they don’t have any rights to charge the money like that, secondly, there is no receipt. which makes it suspicious. We refuse to give money in cash so they took our credit card details which again made us feel little insecure because total amount was €175 for booking and €200 was the amount they asked to deposit in case of damage. Booking com should consider the matter here.

The whole apartment was immaculate and modern with fantastic facilities. The property is in the perfect location for couples/ small families, it's a residential apartment block and is very quiet and it's within easy walking distance to both old town and the strip as it's in the middle of both. The supermarket and Garb snack bar 2 mins walk away was also a bonus. We will definitely stay again for our next short break in Albufeira.

There was a couple of minor issues, nothing major. We arrived late at night and no shops were open, would have been nice if there was a bottle of water and maybe some coffee/ milk for the morning. Also, the batteries in most of the remotes need replacing and the lamps need new bulbs.

Absolutely beautiful, well thought out and clean apartment with all the facilities you would need and expect from a rental apartment. TV had netflix on it which was a great surprise!

Having initially stayed in the centre of Albufeira, this was a downgrade for us in terms of location as it is further out. However ubers are cheap so this isn't a deal breaker.

Modern, up to date apartment, nice telly for the kids with YouTube and netflix Ver comfortable bed, shower is excellent. Great location right I'm the middle of the old town and new strip.

Towels were never changed, until I had to ask, No elevator, Yo many steps to the apartments Key was a nightmare to open the door, kept getting stuck or jammed.
