The flat is in a great position, lots of lovely restaurants and shops close by. A great base for visiting Thorpeness, Southwold, Framlingham and Snape.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated with high quality furnishings. Stunning view from the top. Very comfortable beds. Very clean everywhere. Would stay again.

Heating could have come on earlier as it took a while to warm up after we arrived at 4pm (it’s on a timer) and there was no way of adjusting the temperature in the living room. Underfloor heating was great once it warmed up but we spent a couple of hours needing blankets to stay warm. Only one toilet roll for 3 guests, so we had to buy more. Great shower room but no toiletries other than soap.

Beautiful view of the sea from the top floor. Well equipped. Few minutes both from the sea and high street and lots of nice cafes and restaurants and book shops

Complaints are minor: couldn't work out for the life of me how to stop the shower flooding! The bedrooms aren't massive but they're absolutely fine. I imagine parking locally might be difficult in the summer months.

The location and facilities were excellent.

The postcode given took me to somewhere about 80 yards away, which was a bit surprising and the description of where the property was located wasn't quite right either. I arrived in the dark and it took me about 15 minutes to find the place and get in. I would have preferred to have had a couple of chairs on the balcony.

The property exceeded our expectations- the beds were so comfortable and the living space was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed to cook simple meals. The property is in a fantastic location to nip back to through the day between shopping, eating out and beach visits.
