Kathy was extremely helpful and responsive.

We traveled in the winter and it was unusually cold. Coupled with the load shedding....the apartment at times could be very cold during power outtage.

The apartment is really stunning, the pictures do not do it Justice. it’s very clean, modern deco, finishings and furniture. there was everything you could think of. Kathy was such a great and attentive host. it is also very convenient to get around from the apartment to the mall and around the century city area, we walked everywhere 😅
