Helianthus Apartments

The apartment is very spacious with big and comfortable rooms. In 10 minutes on foot you are in the city center. The apartment is equipped with almost everything you need in a home. There is also a very nice private terrace on the apartment. We always found parking around the apartment.

Some awning on the terrace would be nice because in the morning it is very sunny. The cooking stove is slow (but the host offered to change it). We didn't cook that much to need the change of it.

After shower everything is sinking Location is good, but neighborous (their pets) are very loud - dogs, cats, chicken, even roosters

Close to town centre on foot. Easy parking. Quiet location.

Furniture not in best condition- things broke or didn't work ( e.g iron, bed slats, etc). No microwave. Lack of shutters in downstairs window and curtains very thin, allowing the sunlight in the room. Beddings old fashioned.

* Good location: easy to park, supermarkets are nearby, the center of Argostoli is easy to reach on foot. * The maisonette had a lot of space. * Every room had an AC you can keep on, super happy about that. * Boiler is good enough for three consecutive showers (I wish every place were like that...). * Somebody left us a bunch of food and drinks :)

Rather nits, but anyway: * Returning back from Argostoli might be a bit tiresome. * No extra power sockets in the bedroom to charge a phone etc. It's not a big deal, but why? * Dishwasher could have been handy, we were quite surprised not to find it in the kitchen. * You get a bit of a mountain view, no sea/bay though. * Overall, it's a comfortable apartment but I'm less sure about the value. I wish it had that extra something to it then.
