Once we were inside it was great. Beds were comfy, no windows so we slept well. Spacious enough.

The check in process was horrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone booking last minute. You need to receive multiple messages and submit a form online, but sometimes the server to the form doesn’t work. The response we received from messaging them after the 3rd time trying to submit the form (kept getting an error message) was that we should “try again at a later date and time.” We had booked a few hours before arriving, and were standing in the hallway outside the door! People who book weeks in advance likely do not have this issue but for us, it was a frustrating experience after a long day of traveling. We met another family in the hallway struggling with the same issue. Later in our trip we used a different self-check in hotel and the process was much smoother.
