Seaside 2-Bedroom Apartment on Beach Road

- its location is its main USP, its right on the promenade. - it was good value for money once we got through all the admin issues of getting into the property etc. - the actual property is perfect if you're out and about on holiday there but also want some space to come back and chill in

- the key collection was manic, keys were in incorrect lock boxes, so we sat outside for quite some time doing back and forth WhatsApp's with their team until we tracked down the keys. (BTW, Message says black gate next to the black gate, all gates are grey.) - it didn't have a hairdryer (purposely didn't pack mine because they said it had one) - when we arrived the room hadn't been cleaned. It was filthy from the previous guests. I contacted the company again, granted they had sent a message to my partner that he had missed saying that they were experiencing some cleaning delays and that the room may not be ready by 3PM. Which he missed between flights and driving. But nonetheless when we got in the apartment at 15:30 it hadn't been touched and there was no cleaning staff in sight, which made it feel like it was actually just forgotten about until I had made a fuss about it with their staff to which they then sent cleaning people over. Honestly, the induction into the apartment was a 0/10 for me, which is sad because the apartment is actually lovely and such good value for money. They had definitely fixed things that I saw other people had complained about. So all in all, I would undoubtedly go back and rent the property again, I just truly hope that the progress with cleaning and lock Boxes is rectified as a matter of urgency (I see alot of reviews echoing similar feedback)

I had complained about a few things and the manager or profile manager came in the next day with a apology wine and rectified all that I was not happy with and replaced items that were not working

The pin lock at the gate was jamming and I had to stay in the rain for a long time till law enforcement assisted me and I was wet, the hair dryer wasn't in its box , the heater wasn't working and the wifi too.

Nothing actually, everything was okay in the apartment. The view from the beach is just my favorite . I'll like to book again when next I'm in that area.

They only have 1 big pot and I think they can do better by adding another smaller pot.

Dirty linen, faulty lights, blocked sink, one bathroom shower door not working, leaking showers, wifi not available as promised. Totally disappointing, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. And raised issues not attended to

The location could not be better. Entertainment area and bedrooms comfortable.
