Picking up the keys and parking the car was a nightmare! It was the worse check-in experience I have had. First, I had to find a parking spot on the street in this ONE-way street, that was FULL with cars. So I had to drive out to the main road, turn, around, and try it again at 10pm. I had no choice to park illegally next to the construction site for a while. Then, I had to use the link that they sent me, which had this “slider bar” on the page. I had to slide the bar on this web page, in order to open the main entrance door. Super inconvenient. What happens if you are a foreigner without internet??? Then I got up and went inside to get the 2 sets of keys (they were not equal, by the way. One set is missing the garage entrance key fob and missing the garage key to the exit door that leads to the elevator. Then finding the parking spot was extremely difficult. The instruction was absolutely NOT clear. The parking garage was very dark and the floors were not labeled. So I could not tell if it was floor 0 or floor -1 or floor -2. I only figured out the floor because the neighbors told me I parked in the wrong spot! They told me that in each floor, the parking spots have the SAME numbers. That’s the most illogical thing I have ever heard. What a dumb design. Finally, I found floor -2 and correct spot. Then, I had to find the exit door called “ASEO” which was written with thin marking. The instruction said to turn left, so I parked and turned left. Only to discover I was supposed to turn RIGHT (imagine facing from the driver’s seat after parking the car). I went around in a dark parking garage at night as a single woman. I was scared. Then I had to figure out which key could open that ASEO door, in the dimly lit garage. Only one set of keys had this particular key. Then I needed ANOTHER key to turn on the elevator to go to the 7th floor. It was a difficult, long, and horrible experience. The owner did not come to meet me to help me with this check-in process.

It was also extremely difficult to find the garage key black box. You are supposed to touch the small grey key fob to this equally small black box. I only figured it out because another neighbor helped me. Checking out was also difficult because I had to drive my car out of the parking garage first. Then I had to run around the building just to return the key back up on the 7th floor. When I asked if the owner would meet me since I had to rush to the airport. Again, they said no. Also, keep in mind, they don’t offer you laundry detergent when clearly there is a washing machine. Who brings laundry detergent with them during their travel? No one wants to go buy a giant box of laundry detergent for 4 nights of stay, unless you are planning to stay long-term. The shower curtain was also moldy and dirty. Overall experience: Unprofessional, unwilling to help, dark parking garage, difficult to find the exit door, difficult to find the floor and the spot, incorrect instruction.

Very comfortable apartment in a nice location. Very responsive host who answers all questions immediately and helps with everything. Great value for money!

No issues.

Spacious and welcoming with great views. We would watch the kayakers each morning paddle out to the river. We were able to walk to the small market for extra water/snacks several times. It was easy for our Uber drivers to find us. We also found a mail center to ship our many purchases back to the US. The unit was very clean and the beds despite not having box springs were incredibly comfortable.

Need instructions on the washing machine (ideally in English), but we figured it out. We did have a noisy neighbor with a child running one morning for 30+ minutes non stop, but we realize this can't be controlled. The property and surrounding were well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights.

Big and comfy Parking place , secure access , clean , mostly all you need. Good view . Fit for family .

Sounds funny but we couldn’t find corkscrew:) no coffee machine but turqua but it’s the way people may like it there . So basically depends what you needs . Also electric kettle was outdated but I’m sure owners will replace it . May be not much people needed it before us :) basically all complaints are minor and not affecting anything .

It was clean with nice view near the room. Spacious for three people and was comfortable to stay.

To get an access to the property was complicated. The owner pass the key code through his accommodation link. And we can access to the key code 30 min before the check-in. As he said all the information was in the link, but each informations were described in many complicated way. They were too long and vague or categorized in multiple menu tabs or with many photos attached that indicate almost nothing. That makes us hard to reach to the information of accommodation.

Location was good as a central location for day trips. Lots of space and comfortable. Nice neighborhood to go out without being right in city. Safe feeling area. Included parking which was a bonus.

We were a bit challenged with accessing the property until we got used to the system. Very secure for what seemed to be a safe area. Could have used a couple extra towels at the weather was rainy and damp and the one set didn't dry quickly.
