Beautiful views, clean and comfortable

The traffic noise was quite an imposition and impacted sleep. There is no AC and it was extremely hot and quite uncomfortable

Location and well equipped. Beautiful unit.

The fact that a third party was involved and we had no option but to pay an additional R750 Non-Refundable breakage fee before the keys were handed over even though the full amount including taxes and fees were already paid. Was told to leave keys in post box on check-out. Got email asking where the keys were. Tried calling 3 times but kept getting through to voicemail. Eventually got through to Hanna who said she would come back to me regarding the keys. 4 days later still haven’t heard from them. Have Always used booking.com and never had this additional fee before. Daylight robbery.

Location, views and proximity to transport were great as well as nearby bars/restaurants and shops.

The much advertised DSTV was not available though repair team was dispatched promptly but could not be fully resolved during our stay

We enjoyed our stay for a week in December 2025. Location is great for access to Cape Town, beaches, V&A and Table Mountain. The apartment was well equipped, clean and fresh.

Some points for future visitors are the road noise is loud, the bathrooms have windows with no covering for privacy and the beach facing bedroom gets very hot from the western setting sun (black blinds shut out the sun but create a heating effect that makes the bedroom unusable until after sunset)

We had a little housekeeping issue on arrival but the team sorted it out immediately.

The main bathroom toilette had a constant smell, at first, I thought the cleaning was not done properly, however the sale returned after a while, we controlled it with extra toilette cleaner, not sure why there is a permanent smell. Maybe the drainpipes need flushing? Just a suggestion....
