"Sehr gute Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen"

Gute Lage, kurzer Weg zum Parkplatz und zur Metro. Viele Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Schnelle Lieferung eines praktischen Babysitzes.

Leider war das Bad recht dreckig, viele Haare klebten an der Wand, als wurde mit einem dreckigen Handtuch gewischt. Die Scharniere dürfen gerne mal geölt werden :) Durch die Lage in einer engen Straße mit hohen Häusern ist es auch in der Nebensaison nachts laut, sodass man die Fenster leider nicht wirklich öffnen kann.

Modernes Stadtapartment in zentraler Lage. Das Apartment verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohn-, Eßzimmer. Alles hell und freundlich. Parkhaus, Supermarkt und Metrostation "um die Ecke", in rund 15 Minuten steht man in der Altstadt von Bilbao. Oder man fährt mit der Metro an einen der schönen Strände Richtung Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super unkompliziert.

Gerade am Wochenende relativ laut. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer gehen Richtung Straße, die ist recht stark befahren.

el sitio es espacioso, moderno, el parking gratuito un detalle

me resulto útil por cercanía a mi residencia para alojar a unos amigos, unos días extra, aún estando contento el precio por noche en esta zona me parece excesivo, hemos estado vacaciones con una persona mas y mascota en un lugar mas turístico a 100 euros noche, una media 130 en septiembre entre semana me parece excesivo y era el mas barato los había muchísimo mas caros, pero repito era de los más baratos disponibles pienso que la gente esta zona debería replantearse el precio por noche en septiembre y sobre todo en épocas normales, es un segundo piso escaleras madera no lo recomendaría si llevas mucho equipaje o alguien con movilidad reducida

La posizione comodissima vicino alla metro che ti porta in un quarto d'ora in centro a Bilbao e con la possibilità di parcheggiare l auto in un parcheggio vicino. Casa grande, accogliente, pulitissima, con due bagni, nelle vicinanze c'è di tutto(bar, locali, supermercati,farmacie ,ecc). Comunicazione con l host perfetta, precisione e gentilezza
