Location good Bedding comfortable Penguins running around ..cute Garden is lovely and well kept Secure parking Staff friendly and extremely helpful..we felt very welcome. Good size fridge A table that can be extended with a plug near the table, A good heater Wifi Electricity back up There is a washing machine and a line to hang your washing. Bathroom was neat and clean A quick walk to beach, but we had extreme weather, so we couldn't check it out. There were no leaks in the room, even in extreme weather. There was a full tv with all the sports channels

Kitchen small The electricity back up is noisy Stairs from parking were a bit uncomfortable for us to unpack our baggage in rainy weather..so we unpacked at front door. The Bedding was a bit well worn, but it was clean and this is a well priced accommodation , so for the price I paid, I was satisfied.

Close proximity to everywhere I needed to be

Excellent location. Very well equipped room. We will definitely return.

Excellent location, friendly, lovely self catering spot. We lived on the beach which was a few minutes walk away.
