The Honeymooners’ Paradise Suite

Great location and view in the morning and evening. Other people had to pay to go to the castle for this view . Very nice and comfortable apartment.

The Honeymooners Paradise Suite was a very quirky place to stay!! The main drawcard is the view from the balcony - absolutely stunning! Communication with Monica was good. There are two good size bedrooms, and a small kitchen and bathroom, but no living room. Be warned that the apartment is located high above the town, and the stairs to climb up there are steep and narrow, and very busy during the day as it is the same route to get to the entrance to the Castle. It’s hard to get big suitcases up there…

The apartment is decorated over-the-top, with so many ornaments and things, that there isn’t much room to put anything down. We kept hitting our heads on the low-hanging kitchen ‘chandelier’! Could do with a good clean, and a couple more chairs on the balcony.

A little hard to communicate with him since he spoke no English but did help us get in. In the morning we left our bags with him which made the afternoon much easier.

The location is brilliant and the views from the balcony couldn’t be better! The stairs were worth this alone!

The shower head was broken so you had to hold it up. We also were told after check in that the washing machine couldn’t be used which was really disappointing because we planned to use it.

The views from the apartment are incredible and the master bedroom has a small terrace overlooking the main beach of the town. For our short stay (1 night), it was a good choice. Monica the hostess is very attentive and responsive.

To get to the floor you have to climb 116 steps. In our case we were warned and we were aware of it. But it is something to take into consideration.

Great location. Friendly helpful host, balcony was very nice with spectacular views. Comfortable beds.

No hot plate, stove or microwave. Cluttered. Bathroom could use a good deep cleaning.

Bedrooms were nicely sized but the living space was small for our group of 4. Be aware there are over a hundred steps to the door!!

the view from the balcony was amazing. the apartment was clean and comfortable.

No fault of the property, but the 116 stairs to the sensational view, with 22kg bags was a challenge.
