Geräumiges Appartement mit guter Ausstattung und schönem Ausblick am Kanal aus dem 7.Stock. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und check in liefen problemlos. Das Auto parkt sicher in der Garage. Vielen Dank auch für die Beigaben Wasser, Milch, Kaffee etc sowie Waschmittel, Pooltuch und Toilettenartikel. Angenehm fand ich auch die frühe check in Zeit ab 12 Uhr sowie die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln müssen selbst gekauft werden) und die Tatsache, dass das Appartment bei Bedarf alle 2 oder 3 Tage gereinigt wird. Hierzu auch Vielen Dank an den freundlichen Mitarbeiter Papy, der meinen Aufenthalt betreut hat. Zu Fuss sind es über die Kanalwege ca 12min zur Waterfront. Einige Cafés und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in Laufnähe. Fazit: Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Appartment empfehlen! PS die Kautionsabwicklung (2000 zar) und die sehr zeitnahe Rückerstattung über Kreditkarte hat reibungslos funktioniert .

Das Mobiliar und die Wanddeko ist sicher Geschmackssache , aber es sieht alles aus wie auf den Bildern. Toll wären noch 2 Begrüssungskapseln für die Nespressomaschine Der erfrischende Pool ist etwas seltsam ins Gebäude integriert, und es gibt leider keine Sonnenterrasse und/oder Liegefläche. Auch das sieht man aber schon auf den Fotos. Ja, die Kreditkartendetails niederzuschreiben verursacht ein leicht mulmiges Gefühl, aber die Rückerstattung erfolgte sehr rasch innerhalb 2 Tage.

Only the location, otherwise the place was very disappointing. I did not expect that standard at Waterfront, we paid a lot of money for the poor conditions.

Old furniture, DSTV did not have sports channels, the toilets has that awful smell no matter how many times you clean it. Moreover, the extractor in the toilet is not working. I was surprised to learn that a male caretaker was also a cleaner, it was uncomfortable. The aircorn is also leaking non stop, they put a bucket to collect the water. Caretaker had since promised to send a technician but it never happened.

I love the location, have stayed in the building before. The bed was very comfortable.

It’s very tired and drab. The wall hanging next to the bed consists of dead animal skins. Gave me nightmares. The wardrobe doors are all hanging off the hinges. The bathroom has quite possibly the most hideous picture I’ve ever encountered in it. The drying rack is covered in rust, so unusable. The balcony door lock was stuffed with tissues as it’s very hard to use. Desperately needs a refurbishment.
