Flower Apartments

There was absolutely nothing to criticise in this property. It was exceptional & the best accommodation on this trip. A/C was a bonus. Entire property very modern. Hostess Ottavia was extremely helpful.

Nothing to criticise at this property.

The location was exactly as explained 50 metres from the Lake.

What was not detailed was the fact that you could only park 800 metres away and then negotiate 3 flights of stairs. The walk with suitcases from the car park was very demanding, to then climb 52 steps this needs explaining in the description of the apartment.

The property was very comfortable with a large bedroom, a lounge come kitchen area and a large shower room. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the town. There is a great little cafe downstairs from the apartment which was lovely for lunch or a nightcap. We had a couple of issues with the electrics and exited the car park but these were dealt with very quickly by the owner. Communication was very good.

The only thing I would say was having to take our rubbish to the communal bins ourselves as they were quite a bit away. I would have thought the cleaner would do this.

The location was perfectly central in Bardolino. This was very nice for us to enjoy long evenings and just step home by walking. Also the facilities were great and clean.

Still a bit pricy but all in all it was okay

The apartment is modern, spacious, and is very conveniently located on the main street in Bardolino. Even though you are in the centre, it is quiet. Ottavia was very helpful. We appreciated being able to check in a little early as we were traveling with our 1 year old. We would definitely stay in Flower Apartments again.

Amazing location

Location was very good.

Host kept sending texting requesting that we send her exact time of arrival and photos of our passports. When I mentioned that we prefer not to send pdf of our passports (as suggested by Booking.com) she became irritated. She also kept asking for us to text her when we were 30 minutes from the destination - this is a problem when driving in unknown roads and without cell service.

Everything, so family friendly.

The location was right down from the ferry and near fabulous restaurants. It was spotless and very spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Restaurant below was noisy till very late. The shutters closed helped. But it was worth it given the apartment and location.
