Es un apartamento muy amplio, luminoso, limpio y muy céntrico. La ropa de cama y de aseo perfecta.

Fue el 2* piso, no tiene ascensor y la escalera es muy empinada. El inodoro perdía agua a través de una junta y había que estar pendiente o poner un recipiente para que no se mojara el suelo. La puerta de acceso es de doble hoja y un poco estrecha pero por lo demás, el apartamento está muy bien.

Er was geen lift,

Un sitio muy completo dentro de la habitación hay de todo tanto de cocina como de baño.. incluido plancha secadora cafetera albornoz etc . Bien ubicado cerca de bazares, bares ,pubs,cafés ,el puerto... El dueño te dice donde hay para aparcar, un puntazo.

Unkompliziertes Einchecken mit Code. Telefonische Erreichbarkeit und prompte Hilfe vorbildlich. Das Studio umwerfend modern und sauber. Selten hatte ich eine so gut ausgestattete Küche. Generell fehlte es an Nichts. Die Dachterrasse tatsächlich wie beschrieben. Großzügig möbliert und die Aussicht ein Traum. Parkplatz kostenfrei ganz in der Nähe. Lage perfekt. Einkaufen direkt in der Straße möglich und in der Stadt ist man zu Fuß in nur kurzer Zeit. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Nur zur Info: viele Treppen, was uns persönlich nicht störte. Leider ist die öffentliche Terrasse nicht direkt mit der Wohnung verbunden. Auch dort muss man sich auf einige Stufen einstellen und Essen und Getränke durchs Treppenhaus transportieren. Auch DAS war für uns kein Problem, denn der Blick war wunderschön und außerdem gab es ausreichend Schattenplätze.

No funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado

The location was good.

The stairs were very steep bit I guess to be expected in such an old place. There were no amenities su h as soap or towel rails. It was very Spartan. Only 1 comfortable chair for 2 people.

Clean; spacious; well-equipped.

Location was a bit off-putting. Narrow stairwell was a challenge with large and heavy luggage. Parking was a big issue. Owner suggested we park in a lot nearby but there were scores of vagrants and seemed unsafe. We found a paid lot 10 min walk away. left the majority of our luggage there so we wouldn’t have to haul it up the 3 flights of stairs.

Position of the apartment was excellent and having a rooftop terrace was a great bonus.
