Beachfront with balcony 1st Floor apartment "The Beaches"

Lovely clean apartment with great location, superb view of the Sea. A great choice of restaurants We were able to park up and leave the car as we were within easy walking distance of harbour, gardens and coastal walks. The town had a variety of chain and independent shops, lovely to stroll round and enjoy lunch at independent pubs or coffee shops. Weymouth had everything we needed with the bonus of returning to the beautiful apartment after a busy day.

As with all towns, sometimes noisy.

location and the balcony made all the difference

A self catering holiday, immediate needs looked after, - tea, coffee, sugar, milk available on arrival- central location - Tesco and M and S food hall on the doorstep, a line of good quality restaurants as neighbours. Parking could be an issue, speed and patience required to grab a space opposite the apartment. The apartment looks out onto the beach, the shopping area is to the rear and the marina circles the shopping area, the flat owner has provided a map and a book of useful information. All in all a great position to enjoy a holiday from for 2 people, 3 at a push.

I cannot think of anything that the apartment owners could do to improve the holiday. The downsides go along with the resort, Friday and Saturday night revellers - earplugs thoughtfully provided - car parking issues just a maattr of luck as to the spot you get.

Absolutely stunning apartment so well equipped and spotlessly clean. Cannot praise how beautiful the apartment was and location. Sitting on balcony overlooking sea was 😍

Parking turned out ok for us after several attempts we got space straight outside but if you spot one get it quickly as goes fast. Was great though that we got there during free hours so could unload and moved later, didn't need to move all week then. TBH not that expensive to pay on app at pavilion considering location and price of apartment.

Fantastic all round

Stunning Location. View is perfect. Apartment has everything you need, is spacious and clean. Stayed in Weymouth 30+ times and this is up there with the best.

Only criticism would be the noise, due to the location on the street it can be noisy at the weekends (not too bad during the week) although this didn't bother us. What did bother us, was unfortunately we seemed to have a family of elephants staying above us, who at all hours liked to stomp around there apartment, rearranging their furniture. I do think we were unlucky with this and it wouldn't deter us from staying again, the rest of the apartment made up for this completely.

Good apartment in a great location on the promenade, clean, tidy and had good facilities and the parking permit is very useful. Nice having the balcony to sit out and have a drink.
