Everything was perfect. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They even made the effort to speak to us in our language! The breakfasts were a gorgeous start to every day of our stay. Everything tasted delicious. The apartment was big, clean and modern with a great view into the surrounding landscape. The garden was a calm heaven to us, which we especially appreciated after spending days in busy towns. I can 100% recommend, it was one of the prettiest places we've been to.

Ehm, one day, we found a very large bug in the room and had to lure it out. But I guess that's just Sicily. No really, there wasn't anything to dislike.

The breakfast was really excelent! The surrounding environment is very nice and it is the right place to stop and chill out a little bit, especially with children.

Everything was perfect - the stylish room, the vast view of the olive orchard, sea & mountains, the gardens, the fantastic breakfast and not least the wonderful hospitality of Rosvanna and her lovely family. It was a memorable visit that I hope can be repeated.

This was an exceptional accommodation in a beautiful area between Cassibile and Fontaine Bianche. The hosts are the sweetest and kindest folks you will meet in Sicily and the morning breakfast and views of the property were amazing. This was the perfect place to explore Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto and other towns and to relax in the countryside. We will definitely return!!

Yes, to all the positive reviews. Charming, relaxing, and tasty meals provided by attentive hosts. They go beyond expectations. Additionally, I’d suggest researching the area before booking. If you want to be seaside then book seaside. We found this perfectly groomed & gated property to be ideally situated on the edge of town, just close enough to restaurants, but also highway accessible, making exploring the region quite easy. We would certainly book again.

The apartment is amazing and the hosts Rosvanna and Giovanni go the distance to make the guests feel at home. We especially liked the breakfast, because there were also a lot of hearty options freshly made every morning. Next to that, you have a lot of space to yourself and the apartment is very clean/new. We were there in October, so we only used the airco for some short moments, and it cooled down the appartment quickly. We went to the beach ourselves, but it was clear other guests and families were enjoying the pool as well.

The breakfast was very delicious with a lot of options, including home made Sicilian delicacies, pastries, and pizza. Our hosts were always friendly and kind with us giving us recommendations of restaurants, beaches and places to see. The hotel is managed by a lovely Sicilian couple who take great care of the property and all of their guests. The swimming pool and plants around the property are beautiful creating a serene and relaxing environment for guests. The bedroom was immaculately clean with plenty of amenities including a coffee machine, fridge, stove and cutlery. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back in the future!

Breakfast was incredible. The hosts made every morning unique by making local dishes for us to enjoy. We sat outside with a lovely view over the mountains and olive trees. Room was very clean and kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Outdoor space with table was very cozy at night.
