Location and sea view very good, could see Dolphins playing out in the sea

Noise from the family in the flat above us. No noise insulation from the flat above so we were disturbed by every footfall from above flat, ( children appeared to be kicking a ball about) and endlessly walking about very disturbing. Also furniture 2 sofa's and chair very worn and uncomfortable. Not one comfortable seat in the flat. Very difficult to find the property, single track lane, with large potholes, difficult driving and parking.

Love this property. Ben has included everything you and your family could possibly need and he’s so responsive and friendly. The location is the best if you have a dog that enjoys taking herself to the beach and you can watch her run around whilst staying connected to calls on your laptop. It’s my annual getaway from London, even if I still have to work, I couldn’t find a more heavenly place to be.

If there are residents upstairs it gets wildly noisy even if they don’t mean to be. I had to politely ask a couple to take their toddlers shoes off as her sprinted from one end of the flat to the next all day. they were so lovely but the noise was like the place was going to cave in. Doesn’t put me off. still love this place

the location on the beachfront was amazing and the property had everything that you could ask for.

although everything really was amazing the only down side was that parking on the drive could be a problem as it accommodates 2 properties and you can get blocked in if your not careful.

Stunning location. Incredible to be so close to the beach. Amazing views from the property. Warm and Cosy inside. Clean and all the basics provided.

The location was great, right on the beach. Spotlessly clean with all the facilities you’d need. Information pack was informative and the games/activities were appreciated.

The additional charge of £30 for the dog was disappointing, as it says under the hotel policies that there were ‘no additional costs for pets’. Also, no enclosure to let the dog out as the gardens were open.

The heating did nt come on .

- Layout of the rooms is fine. - Fantastic view of the sea out of the lounge window. - Literally only a three minute walk and you're on the beach. - Lovely quiet location no passing traffic to disturb the peace. - Only a short 10 minute drive to get into the Town Centre. - Premises clean and tidy with adequate towels provided. - Off street parking.

- Front door sticks badly at the bottom. Mentioned in the visitors book back in May, it still hasn't been sorted. - Sound proofing of the floor for the 1st floor apartment is inadequate. This lead to it being quite oppressively noisy in our apartment when people were moving around on the 1st Floor. - Customer service/support is terrible. We arrived to find that the Microwave was not fit to sue due to the turntable not functioning. We contacted the owner who said use the oven. We tried using the oven to cook two M&S meals we had with us. Both ended up badly burnt before the time was up and the plastic heat-proof containers became brittle and partially melted. Contacted the owner who assured me the Oven was working fine so it must be problem with the meals. I wasn't convinced however, so the following day we purchased an oven temperature gauge from Morrisions. This gauge comprehensively showed that the ovens built in temperature sensor was malfunctioning. An oven setting of 200 degrees showed actual heat of 350. To cook meals at 160 degrees, the actual setting required was 45 (discovered this by trial and error) although even then the temperature kept fluctuating around. Reported all the above to the owner with txts and attached photos who just completely ignored me and made no effort to get it sorted. Worth noting the oven timer intermittently doesn't ring out as it should, as well. Frankly this is just very very poor, given that it cost us £580 to rent for three nights. The owners are obviously happy to use it as a cash cow and it seem reluctant to maintain it properly and sort reported problems out. Would we go again, no, not with the current owner. Would I recommend it to anyone else? Short answer, no.
