Loch Athlone Overnight Accommodation

Location was lovely. Not far from central town and schools and overlooking a beautiful dam where you can fish. Unit was very comfortable and well equipped with all you need for your stay. Owner and staff were super friendly, available and accommodating to all your needs. I would definitely recommend it as an option for your stay over in the area.

Stayed one night, was all we needed. The diner was very nice for a late lunch.

Very friendly ppl amd the food was just as great. Will definitely stay there again.

Initial impression when entering the estate was worrying but once at the property it was really amazing. Think Summer would be amazing. Winter is cold but the host assisted with heaters

I loved how friendly the owner and manager was to me and how fast they accomodated me they knew I had a lot of animals with me and had to travel really far so they offered me and all my babies the best accommodation amd even came to check up on all my needs later on they are super amazing people with the best service I've received in a long time..

We did not have breakfast.

When we arrived, Reception was closed, and there was no information as to where we can get the keys. After walking around to try and find out where to get the keys I asked one of the waiters at the restaurant for assistance. The owner of the restaurant eventually came around to hand over the keys and very unfriendly told us that the restaurant close at 3 and if we need anything we will have to go into town to get it. We were travelling by motorcycle and the main reason I booked at this establishment was because the ad on the website stated that there is a restaurant. We were travelling on a motorcycle and after 400kms just wanted to sit down and have a nice meal. The "Estate" is about 8kms from the nearest place where one could get something to eat or drink. The unit that I booked was advertised as " a spacious apartment with a private garden and terrace. Guests enjoy free WiFi, air-conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchenette" We got a long narrow room with a double bed, one chair a small fridge and a microwave oven and no private garden.
