Pacheco Oasis

Great communication from host. Met by the cleaner who gave us her contact details if we needed her. Large space and we were able to host family as long as we gave the names to security. Good supplies for cooking. Amazing to have great wifi and access to Netflix etc on the TV. Swimming pool is great. If you are short on time check with the pool staff when it will be closed for cleaning as it closes for long periods on cleaning day so you could miss out.

The only issue was location. Although you could literally see the Il Corso restaurant/mall area it was impossible to get there as you would risk your life crossing the 6 lane highway and we stopped many taxis before we found one that would take us there (they don’t want to u-turn for a short fare). A short taxi ride to SM mall and security will happily call one for you but it can take a long time to come with no estimate on time. Mall opens at 10am and there are no small stores or even vending machines nearby to access food. If you are heading there directly after travel ensure you take some supplies with you to last a short time.

The unit was comfortable, strong Wifi. Very helpful security guards.

Plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom are unstable, not properly installed. Difficult to get public transportation since the unit is in the back.

the location and the surrounding was really good. the apartment was very clean had nice commodities

the washing machine was not working, and the access to the garage not proper for a normal car

It was very clean and cozy. location is great and you really feel safe as it is a gated community.

there was an unexpected construction above the unit where we stayed, buy staff were very prompt to respond and the noise ended.

kind people and clean complex and good service

Really great place to stay in cebu. Away from the centre (which gives a nice privacy and security). Also centre was only 20m away. Shopping mall is 10m away. Security is everywhere and place is really safe. Has really nice pool and gym. Hosts are amazing and are ready to help with everything. All the requests where done in a timely manor beaches are 40m away, but easy to get to them. Best beaches are also in the south and only 1h 30 from the place.

Hard to find taxis in condominium. have to lucky and wait for taxis to come bring someone. Very weak phone connection throughot the condo. Very bad internet at the pool due to this.
