"The apartment was smaller than we expected, but the location is excellent"

The check in lady was friendly and showed us around the appartment. The location is amazing literally next to the ski resort

The check in process was unclear. We had to wait outside for 30 minutes. No check in instructions were given prior to our arrival. The host did not give us the pass code to the lobby and the pass code to the keybox.
