"Well situated apartment. Close to all amenities."

Situated well for all local attractions. Spacious apartment. Price was fair for the area.

Noise from bar across the road. Beds not comfortable at all. Sofa bed was all marked. I did call the office and was offered another apartment but we decided just to keep the one we had as bedrooms were at rear. Really need better seating. Toilet- cistern took approx 30 mins to refill. Would I used again- probably not! It’s a shame , Blackpool has had its day.

"Lovely apartment, we hope to return."

Apartment was spacious, clean and right in town centre so within walking distance for everywhere we wanted to go. Loved the smart tvs.

Its quite silly but I would have loved coat hooks in the hall. Coat hooks were the only thing missing, otherwise the apartment was perfect for us.

"Absolutely Superb"

Stayed in another charles Alexander property. So thought we would try this one. Not dissapointed!!!!

Only the noise above us. From disrespectful guests..which is entirely not Charles Alexander fault. And maybe the stairs. But I'm being picky

"Good location this stay wasnt as good as previous visit, much prefer apartment 5"

Previously stayed here , location is good . Previously stayed in apartment 5 which is a better , the finish cleanliness was a higher standard in apartment 5.

Stayed in apartment 2, the cistern didn’t fill correctly, leaving us unable to flush the toilet at times. Hand soap seemed watered down and the double bed in bedroom furthest away from bathroom so very noisy every time we moved that head board squeaked and sounded like it was going to fall off.

"Good location and clean but terribly noisey with other flats above"

Nice property, clean and good for what we needed. Location was great.

It’s in a flat building that is shared by other apartments and the ones above us were ridiculously noisy, you can hear every footstep upstairs kids charging around at 6am on a Saturday and Sunday. We even went upstairs to ask them to be quiet but no one came to the door.
