How clean the house is the staff where lovely the house is amazing

Tv played up a lot but nothing we couldn’t go with out and the cooker wasn’t to great so eight out a lot x

One of the best locations for Blackpool, everything on your doorstep. Property is spacious and you have everything you need for a getaway with friends. Plenty of cutlery, chairs, glasses and an amazing host extra toilet upstairs.

Two of the rooms could use with a tiny bit of clothes storage, a lamp in some bedroom and living room as it can be very bright, but overall it’s an amazing apartment for large groups with everything you need.

Good communication and easy to access.

The pub across the road was noisey but to be expected in the city.

Location was as expected

Generally grubby, especially the Carpets throughout. Fabric settee covered in stains, as was some of the bedding

Nothing Utterly disgusting as we describe numerous calls to yourself unable to to stay

Carpets filthy, beds linen had fresh make up, wallpaper peeling off in sheets, couches had white crusty stains, wardrobe fell on my 5 year old grandson. Unable to stay and payed to stay elsewhere.Had to lodge complaint with landlord and booking.com declined refund from both. Very poor value and customer service from both never left a bad review in my life before.
