Leider fehlte es an jeglicher Sauberkeit und auf der Matratze hat man jede Feder gespürt. Kommunikation allgemein schlecht mit den Gastgebern.

Undgå rejser til dette sted i Oktober - ALT er lukket ned - ingen indkøbsmulighed - ingen restauranter - ingen adgang til pool og stort set ingen service fra Resortet. Vi prøvede i 2 dage at komme i kontakt med overnatningsstedet, men hverken på beskedfunktionen eller på nødtelefonnummeret blev der svaret. Den eneste kontakt - og den eneste gang vi så nogen i informationen var ved udlevering af nøglen.

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Meerblick gebucht und die Aussicht war wirklich sehr schön!

Wir waren Mitte Oktober vor Ort, was in Zambrone offensichtlich off season ist. Es ist kein Personal dauerhaft vor Ort, sondern kommt nur zum Check in und Check out. Auch die Poolbar war dementsprechend leider dauerhaft geschlossen und das Wasser im Pool kälter als das Meer. Im Bett spürte man jede Feder in der Matratze und der Rollladen im Schlafzimmer war seit unserer Ankunft geschlossen und die Elektronik kaputt, er ließ sich nicht hoch fahren (dies haben wir nicht gemeldet, vermutlich hätte es ansonsten repariert werden können). Die Sauberkeit im Apartment hatte definitiv Verbesserungspotential, bspw. sehr verkalkte Duschwände. Aufgrund des fehlenden Personals auf dem Gelände lässt die Sauberkeit insgesamt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren drei Tage dort und über diese Zeit war ein Mülleimer komplett übergelaufen und davor lag, ebenfalls die ganze Zeit, eine tote Ratte.

The appartement have all the things that you need while on your trip, you can cook and bake if that what is you are looking for. The size of the rooms is satisfying. The beds are sturdy with rather hard mattress, but I liked it. If you are lucky enough you can even have a nice view of the sea. The staff on the premise is really nice and helpful. Not far from the Residence is very beautiful beach (according to TripAdvisor the most beautiful one in Calabria). Approx. 15 km further is second most beautiful beach in the region, so the Airone Residence is strategically placed.

Well first of all the owners of this place needs to fix the pictures that are shown in the booking. In our situation they were wrong and misleading. We have got the room that wasn't shown in the listing. We arrived late at night our flight was at approx. 23.00 in Lamezia Terme. The owners supposed to leave a key under the doormat (they even sent the video showing where it was hidden), but after arrival there was nothing there. We needed to wake everybody up in order to get in the room. Second thing as mentioned above, we received the room that wasn't shown in the booking listing. The owners Italian style were lying straight to my face for 3 days, insisting that we received what we paid for. Only after involving booking.com in the whole matter, they admitted that the pictures are not from the room that we have received and booked. So make sure that you are getting the room that is shown in the booking listing. Third thing is that the walls are paper thin, you can hear neighbors sneezing and farting. We managed to get a different room (but we had to wait one week!) and some discount, but the overall experience with the owners and their customer service skills was terrible and stressful. Still the quality of the second room was much better, somehow the walls over there were not so thin. If we were to stay in the first room, the rating and amount of stars would be much lower.
