Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do każdego zabytku. Kontakt z właścicielami łatwy, właściciel pomocny. W pokoju był czajnik oraz suszarka do włosów. Karta postojowa czekała w pokoju, dzięki niej parking na parkingu miejskim był bezpłatny.
