worst apartment ever. Don't ever go to that apartment. Extremely dirty and the highlight of everything you don't want on the road is rude and I would say the host who should be banned from doing business. does not respond to messages or guest requests. even though we paid and submitted our passports already a week before arrival, he contacted us only at check-in time with the pins for entry, but without any explanation of how we would enter, etc. Even though there were 5 of us in the apartment and it was October, we received only three sheets for cover and we were freezing. 2 duvets were thrown in the closet without covers, the host just said take the duvets without covers. we were with two small children and my husband had to sleep in sweatpants for 4 nights. We asked for more sheets and to put covers on the duvets and give us more blankets or quilts, but no one answered our calls and messages for 4 days.

The location of the apartment is great.

When we were on the taxi on our way to the apartment we were told we needed to provide passport information before the check in. That happened at around 4pm on the day we were arriving (considering that check in time was 2pm). They wouldn’t give us the street number (we only had the street name) until we provided this information. We told them we could give the information as soon as we arrive at the apartment but that was not negotiable. We had to send passport photos in the taxi. We had to provide information to other places too, but they requested days before the check in (and never withheld the address). That was very distressing. The bedroom lights were faulty (both bedrooms couldn’t have the lights on at the same time or it would flicker) and eventually it stop working. The shower was also not good. The water kept shifting from hot to cold.

In the heart of Old Town - literally! Surprisingly quiet on the two nights we were there considering its central location. Spacious and clean apartment. Washing machine & dishwasher handy. Bedding and towels provided sufficient for six of us.

Disappointed we found out on arrival day that only one WC was working and they don't have a cot although request was accepted weeks earlier.

The apartment was in the centre of town, it was near the main attractions. There were many restaurants around. The cleaner lady was there when I arrived and she was kind enough to pass me the keys in advance.

It was quite a walk from tram and bus stations. I arrived on a Sunday, and was told that the check-in time on Sunday was 5pm. However, it was stated on booking.com that check-in was 2pm, which was why I chose it. It could have been told to me after receiving my booking and I could have cancelled it and booked somewhere else. Fortunately, the cleaner lady was there when I arrived and she was kind enough to pass me the keys in advance. There was no kettle and water had to be boiled in a pot.
