Blackbird Luxury Accommodation Room 10

What an apartment. Fantastic place in a great location WITH parking. Great size lounge area with all the facilities you need. Great communication with Dava the host. Nothing seemed a problem. Will use again.

I have lots of positives for the Blackbird accommodation, we stayed in apartment 10. It was secure, 2 door with key codes and a camera on the door and a lock on the flat door, you notice these things when get older. We loved the location, nice and central, easy walk to Coral Island, The Tower and town and also great that there was parking on site. Nice and modern, clean and as it is an apartment so useful with families as you have 2 rooms with TV's, one for kids and one for adults so can watch a movie in bed when kids sleep. Separate toilet again so you do not disturb the little ones. Double glazing to keep the sound out for a good nights sleep, which in Blackpool is a must. Decent set of cups and wine, and champagne glasses (brilliant!), I especially like this because I have stayed lots of places without a wine glass and wine from a tumbler just is NOT the same. The host did respond to queries and messages quickly which was very handy and much appreciated. This was the right price for the location and amenities and given it was half term too. I would consider staying here again for sure.

Notes really on how to improve for the owners. 1. Make the lockbox codes less obvious for security reasons. 2. Add coat hooks in the apartments to hang things up. 3. Bed was very low and could be more comfortable. 4. Bottom sheet for sofa bed a bit too small, we did get it on eventually. 5. Between guests check the whole apartment is fully stocked. 6. Provide handwash not soap. One negative was we did not have pans, only pan lids and it too a good day to get them to us but they were provided in the end.

The appartment is close to all amenities and attractions. We stayed in appartment 10 which came with parking. It's very clean and the people responded quickly to any enquiries. Would highly recommend it, made our stay more enjoyable.

Owner was lovely the communication from start to finish was excellent, and really helpful when I arrived. The apartment was beautiful so modern and spotlessly clean. Shower brilliant. Facilities great 2 tvs comfortable bed and couch. My little pooch was made very welcome. Will definitely recommend and return

The only little thing was the blinds, they were lovely, however the top window was beyond my reach and when open , due to the wind the blinds were very noisy
