Apartman je u potrkrovlju, čist, sređen, funkcionalan, sa velikim kupatilom i odličnom tuš-kabinom. U mirnom je kraju, sa lepim pogledom, na 5 min pešačenja do centra i 50-100m od UniverExport prodavnice, koja je sasvim dobro opremljena, sa pristupačnim cenama + imaju gotova jela u ponudi. Takođe bih pohvalio odličan optički internet 250/250, čak i preko WiFi mreže (5Ghz).

Nema terase - balkona, ali to je i očekivano s obzirom da je u pitanju potkrovlje i da je odnos cene i onoga što dobijate na zavidnom nivou.

Ugaona garnitura u dnevnom boravku je malo tvrda, nije baš za spavanje.
