Közel van a tengerhez, a központhoz, az üzletekhez, a nappaliból és a teraszról látni a tengert. A konyha kényelmes és felszerelt. Az ágyak kényelmesek. Nagy és tágas lakás. Csendes volt minden, pedig a parthoz nagyon közel van.
