Hazard of electrocution:the electrical outlet adjacent to the door of the bedroom has electrical wires coming out and the whole outlet comes out of the wall. This issue needs to be investigated by Booking.com personnel. The TV in the bedroom has no power The TV in the living area has no sound The wall clock is the bedroom has a coat hanger hooked on the handle and is stopped at noon The kitchen,living room and balcony smell of old tabaco,most likely entranced into the walls The living room window has two large cracks,but there is no air coming through it from the outside There is a spider web hanging on above the tub I recommend that all these issues need to be addressed by the Booking.com impartial inspector There are branches of trees banging on the small window of the bathroom all night long The trees outside need to be trimmed in order to eliminate the noise

The flat was really nice and well divided.

A bit of dust but not too bad to be bothered.
