Nova Apartments near Kea Farm

worst than budget hotel, not worth the money. they charge extra RM40 for cleaning service but the room not clean. only have electric kettle, no kitchenette, no toileteries, most of the the vinyl floor ady broken, almost injured my foot, the shower broken, need yo adjust but still have hoy water..

Found crockroaches on and under the bed, at living room. Bedroom with strong crockroaches smell.

The apartment is near Kea Farm which mean it closer to town and have quite attractions nearby (Cat House, small mall inside the same bulding with MR DIY, Watson, Old Town White Coffee, MyNews, 7E and more). The television is also quite big but we brought along our own android box.

The apartment itself is bad compared to any of our apartment stay. Feels more like a cheap hotel with a living room rather than an apartment. - There are no washing machine, fridge, and microwave which is very crucial for us. - We cannot store and reheat any of our food. - We also need to find laundry to clean our clothes. These 3 should be basic for an apartment with this kind of price. Please filter this apartment out before making a trip if you need any of this 3.

Just the location near Kea Farm. Other than that, it's disappointing

There's cockroaches coming from under the bed and the TV table. There's not enough facilities for bathroom
