MYMYLike the most is only the location, convenient and walking distance to mall, shops, restaurants etc. The unit is clean with basic facilities, but its not per description said equipped for cooking, the equipment is limited and barely for 4 pax only.
The facilities is not sufficient, unworthy if you plan to cook or have some own time with family. The beds are extremely terrible, bed frame spoiled. Toilet without a hanging tool for a towel. Sofa uncomfortable. The whole apartment is old-fashioned and lack of maintenance. The most horrible thing is the soundproofing between upstairs and downstairs. We couldn't sleep for whole night, because the upstairs tenants were making too much noise whole night. Extremely disappointed.
MYMYI like the apartment its spacey and clean. The owner said iron and towels are not provided but when i arrived both of the item present so it's wonderful. All basic necessities are there and maybe I'll would book it again in future or recommend to others. The parking spot quite tricky and only reserved for 1 car so it's a bit hard if your family came with several cars. But the apartment got many parking spots so for the other car we just park at no reserve ( or no number) spot and we just left phone number incase the parking owner came. But so far for 3 days 2 nights there no one claim parking spot so i think its based on your luck too. Also i want to express my gratitude for providing kiblat and there's also yassin there. Very convenient 👍
Maybe can provide hangers to hang cloth because the closet are many but theres no hanger. The main door can lock but the outer door (the grille) cannot be lock. It doesn't bother me that much but it's better to hv double safety just in case.

MYMYMY1. The place was not clean.a lot of cockroach. 2. Water pressure is very low. 3. Toilet is not clean.(Sitting cover)
MYThe location was superb great. Strategically in the middle of Berinchang town. Petrol Station near the apartment. Easy to go from town to town. Great view. Parking was great. The apartment was clean. Really² spacious ! Great for large family stay. Fair price even for late booking. Will reconsider to stay and visit again. The receptionist was good n ready to assist.
The furniture's in the apartment was a outdated. The bed's need to change. The bed's cover need to replace with new one and throw the old one. Because of bed bugs. The couch a bit mossy..
