Utopia Old City

- The apartment is in a central location, making it easy to access the Old Town. - The hosts were very helpful, answering our call late at night when we had trouble finding the apartment.

- The toilet had an unpleasant drainage smell during our stay. - Upon closer inspection, the cleanliness of the apartment could really be improved. - The location provided does not match the actual address of the apartment.

The location is great. Just on the edge of Old Town so everything is right outside your door but much quieter than being on in the middle of Old Town. Nice amenities there like the washing machine and a toaster oven to reheat leftovers from all the good restaurants. The apartment is very clean

Poor communication with the hosts, kept being told that check in details would be sent on WhatsApp but never were. when contacted through booking.com was told to wait for the instructions on WhatsApp that never came… eventually sorted but unnecessary stress and hassle caused by their poor communication

Difficult to find the first time

The bed is comfy and the apartment is clean. Two conditioners in rooms are great!

Pillows are not comfortable. We're working for several days and the set up (table + chair) is so uncomfortable so I tried working at the kitchen table when my spouse on the bed. The apartment get in the noise from the street and neighboors who do some repair work. Kitchen is so uncomfortable with small fridge. Curtains let in the light at night.

Amazing location! We had a great time. The apartment is spacious for a small family. The team communicates very well and guides every step of the way. We had a problem with the bathroom drain (as the other reviews) they came and tried to resolve right away. Absolutely recommend
