The price was reasonable.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. The owner accuses guests of absurd things in order to charge extra money. We were falsely accused of leaving the apartment in a deplorable state with dirty tissues in the drawers, which is completely untrue. Moreover, I have seen other reviews mentioning similar issues, indicating that this is a recurring problem with this property. Additionally, the AC was not working when the outside temperature was 36 degrees Celsius, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this property due to the owner's dishonest practices and false accusations. Avoid this place if you don't want to deal with such unfair treatment.

It is comfortable, it has everything a couple need, it is very close to public transportation.

Nothing to complain

I was surprised as you can be fooled with these B&B's but, by the time I landed, I texted for check-in. I got the reply within a couple of minutes with all the details I needed. It was very smooth and easy. I liked the location and everything I found in the apartment. Very nice, clean, tidy, and easy location. You have everything at hand.

I would say that the curtains bothered me a lot as I have a smooth sleep, and by the time the sun was out, It would wake me up, and no matter how tired I was I couldn't sleep no more. That was a minus because I went there for holidays and I was staying up late, imagine waking up every morning with 2,3h of sleep. I was like a zombi, but other than that, it was really nice.

Location, room

It was tricky for parking, free parking is on the street and there is no enough space.

New and nice apartment. Very clean. Kitchen has most of the stuff you might need.

They didn't send the exact address (address in the booking.com is just a parking lot!) and check-in information until we called and asked them! I wonder what would have happened to us if our phones were dead or we didn't have internet!! There was no coffee/tea machin or macrovave in the kitchen. It would be great if there was a nightlamp in the bedroom

I liked the communication with the host. I was happy that the staircase of the block looks very good. There is an express Carrefour nearby. Regarding the apartment, I think it offers comfort and space, the design of the bedroom is minimalistic, the bed is comfortable, the chandelier is very, very beautiful. The bathroom and the hall were clean, there is also an ingenious washing machine hidden in the furniture. The the wardrobe in the hall looks very good with mirrors everywhere.

On the kitchen side, some aspects can be improved such as: a coffee maker or at least an electric kettle, 2 small bowls (in case someone wants to eat milk with cereals, or a soup). The drapery in the bedroom should be cut to the length of the floor. And a little more cleanliness in the balcony.
