Taking the elevator all the way up to floor 5 There was a bad smell in the shower There was no shampoo nor body wash There is no place to hang a shower hand

The location of the apartment was really good .

We booked an apartment with two bedrooms since we were two families. The apartment was one bedroom and the other supposed bedroom was the living room with a bed in it. So to go the kitchen the other family had to pass through our bedroom. That was very frustrating. We had no extra linen or towels. The kitchen didn't have enough chairs or utensils for everyone. There were no towels in the kitchen or a drying rack for the dishes. The was no hair dryer (it was written in the description that there is). Very dissapointed and not recomended at all!

Location was excellent. Equipment seemed plentiful although I only used glasses. Communication with operator was excellent.

The doorway to the bathroom was very very low. No warning sign or protection. I hit my head several times especially when getting up to use the loo in the night.

Great location on affordable price. The flat we were allocated was sufficient for what we needed for. You can cook small meals in the kitchen, the bed in the living room was comfortable.

The windows overlook the wall of the next building like 5m away. The bathroom is rather small.
