Хорошее расположение, простая процедура заселения. Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть: посуда, кофеварка, микроволновка, стиральная машина, утюг. Чисто и приятно.

Tutto. Il signore è venuto ad accoglierci sotto casa ed e' stato molto gentile. L' appartamento è molto bello, nuovo,moderno. Essenziale ma non manca nulla. La pulizia eccellente, anche le lenzuola profumate sono state una bella carezza. Wi fi velocissimo. Il parcheggio sempre disponibile davanti al cancello e posizione buona per raggiungere il centro con il pullman o con la metro fermata Plata Victorei.

E' stato tutto eccellente ma bisogna dire che si tratta di una mansarda quindi chi ha difficoltà a camminare o a fare le scale devectenerne conto.

Всё понравилось за исключением напора воды в душе, он очень слабый, в остальном квартира отличная, просторная, есть плита, холодильник , чайник и отопление. Ремонт на уровне.

"Very nice apartment and good location"

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The bedding and the towels are clean. WiFi works well and the parking is okay. It was easy to get in the apartment, the owner answers very fast

We just didn’t find some basic stuff in the kitchen as salt and kitchen towels
