Coffee Residence

- location is very good because it's close to the subway and a supermarket - some of the things people need (e.g. cleaners, kitchen tools, dishes) were already there. Some of them were almost finished, but at least there was something - the owner was friendly and polite (although ultimately, that didn't make any difference)

- the place I was given did not look anything like the ones in the photos. It looked worse. I assume the owners probably just uploaded their best properties in order to draw in customers - the place was not very clean (so I had to clean it up myself). Even the cheap mop I found in the apartment had small pieces of trash in it - there was a couch partially blocking the entrance door (probably for more people to stay in the apartment). Also, the couch cover was kinda' dirty - a part of the kitchen furniture was broken and did not work properly - the right bedroom window did not close properly (eventually I found a way to close it) - the other window was broken, but the crack was just covered with some sort of paper or plastic - the bed mattress was not straight. One half of the mattress was lower than the other. So you felt like staying in a hole - the shower installation was leaking. The bathroom sink installation was old - the internet connection was kind below average As a side note, just a month prior I had a reservation at another place in Bucharest which had much better conditions and was also cheaper. I had a few cockroaches and a few other problems, which I just reported privately to the owner. And the owner offered to partially refund me (I didn't even have to ask) for less than half the problems I met with this apartment. PS: I posted a few photos with the property I stayed in.
