Ιδιωτικός χώρος parking αλλά για να εισέλθεις πρέπει να τηλεφωνείς κάθε φορά στον οικοδεσπότη για να ανοίγει εκείνος την πόρτα από το κινητό του. Δεν πάρκαρα ποτέ μέσα. Όχι καλή συνεννόηση στα αγγλικά μέσω κλήσης.

"Bun"

Condițiile sunt bune, iar preluarea cheilor a decurs foarte bine. Apartamentul se află la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de metrou și de alte mijloace de transport. Este bine utilat, având tot ce este necesar, iar la aproximativ 5 minute se găsește și un magazin Lidl.

"dezamagitor, locatia buna insa serviciile lasa de dorit la pretul acesta, iar locul de parcare este o pacaleala."

locul de parcare probabil este fictiv pentru ca am parcat pe locul indicat de proprietar insa am gasit masina cu stergatoarele ridicate fortat si capota zgariata din aceasta cauza. Cand am discutat cu proprietarul despre aceasta problema si despre faptul ca tv-ul nu este functional si nu avem 2 chei, am primit raspunsul ca “trebuie sa respectam regulile casei”. In parcare ai acces doar daca suni proprietarul sa deschida bariera, iar asta este un lucru dificil cand proprietarul nu raspunde la telefon.

Apartamentul decomandat și bucătăria bine utilată.

Aerul condiționat nu a făcut față, noroc cu ventilatorul din dormitor.

Tani lokal o adekwatnym do ceny niewygórowanym standardzie. Na noc - dwie ok. Na plus bliskość metra.
