Apartament foarte mare, spatios, potrivit pentru nevoile noastre, foarte util ca am avut 2 bai. Paturile au fost confortabile, accesul usor, la indemana, cu loc de parcare in fata balconului. Relativ aproape de anumite puncte de interes din oras, gen Romexpo, mall Baneasa, e si un Mega foarte aproape, la 2 minute, pentru mici cumparaturi. Singurul impediment ar fi fost ca am prins destul de greu mersul la termostatul pentru centrala, fiind mare apartamentul se incalzeste destul de greu, dar am avut niste pilote calduroase si au compensat, iar o alta mica observatie ar fi ca pentru anumite retele telefonice(Telekom in cazul meu) semnalul nu e foarte bun si nici wifi-ul nu pare sa ajute. Mici detalii care nu ne-au incurcat cu nimic intr-un final, dar poate sunt utile de stiut pentru altii.☺️

Apartamentul foarte drăguț ,locație liniștită … în schimb o canapea murdară … nu mai spun de salteaua din dormitor unde era o pată uriașă de urină … daca se fac mici îmbunătățiri și curățenie mai cu atenție ar fi o locație și un apartament super .
